Vioscapes Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Vioscapes products. If something’s not quite right, let us fix it.

 Return Window

You have 30 days after your delivery date to request a return. We’re here to make it easy.

Return Conditions

Returns are accepted if your item is:

  • Unused and unassembled

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (your order confirmation email works!)

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@vioscapes.com with your order number and what you'd like to return. We'll walk you through the steps.

If your item arrives damaged or we made a mistake, we’ll cover the return shipping and send you a prepaid label. Otherwise, return shipping is your responsibility.

 Exchanges

Need a different size or style? No problem. Just let us know and we’ll help set up an exchange.

 Refunds

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method. It typically takes 5–7 business days, but your bank might need a little extra time to post it.

 Damages or Defects

If something shows up broken, bent, or just not what you ordered—send us a photo at support@vioscapes.com right away and we’ll make it right.
